628,227. Ruling-machines. TIMSONS, Ltd., TIMSON, E. A., and DICKINSON, C. H. Sept. 24, 1947, No. 25946. [Class 100 (ii)] A ruling-machine is constructed with discs 1 mounted on a spindle 2, and co-operating supporting rollers 5, 6 covered with rubber or like material, one of the rollers 5 being adapted to supply ink from a container 7 to the discs 1. An ink-regulating roller 8 coacts with the roller 5, and the discs 1 coact with an impression roller 4 fed with sheets or a web. The device may be fitted as an attachment to a printing- machine.
