661,448. Vehicle wheels. LYON, G.A. Sept. 14, 1949 [Nov. 26, 1948], No. 23702/49. Class 144 (i). A trim-ring 18 for covering the side of a flanged wheel-rim 13, and which may extend to the wheel-centre, has an axially-directed resilient flange 20 near its outer periphery formed, at spaced intervals, with fingers 25 deformable for biting engagement with the wheel-rim during axial assembly of the device. In a modification, the rim-engaging fingers are provided in circumferentially-spaced sets.
