[Class 86] In mixing-apparatus means for determining and controlling the relative proportions of two or more fluent ingredients of a mixture comprises means for continuously introducing into the mixer a fluent ingredient at a controlled rate and a variable delivery pump interpolated in a conduit between a source of supply of a second fluent ingredient and the mixer, said pump being adapted for continuously discharging said second fluent ingredient into the mixer at a controlled and measured rate variable at will.
