651,638. Paper or like bags. LEMON, H. L., and MACKINTOSH & SONS, Ltd., J. Nov. 11, 1948, No. 29316. [Class 94(ii)] A stiffener for paper bags comprising a base 2 shaped to correspond to the floor of the bag, and at least two upwardly extending wall members 3 adapted to engage against opposed walls of the bag, is characterized in that the corners 8 of the base and the upper and lower ends 5 and 7 respectively of the side edges of the wall members are rounded.
