Convention date, June 1, 1939, [Class 128] [Also in Groups XI, XVII and XVIII] An ice bucket is provided with a double wall 2, 21 forming a space for at least one source of lighting and transparent or translucent ports 11, 10 which may be of coloured glass in the outer wall 2<SP>1</SP> and/or the inner wall 2. The base 14 is removable and provided with a drain 15 and drain plug 16. Several electric light bulbs 6 of differing colours may be provided and lighted singly or altogether. A port 13 may be provided in the outer wall on which advertising matter may be inscribed. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 also describes an imitation ice bucket for use as an advertising medium, toy or lamp in which a source of light is placed in the body of the vessel below a bottle, the surface of the bucket surrounding the bottle being covered with transparent material to represent ice. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
