643,721. Making razors. SUNBEAM CORPORATION. July 10, 1947, No. 18315. Convention date, May 8, 1941. [Class 83 (ii)] A comb for a dry shaver is made from a strip of spring steel about 0.004 inches thick by reducing a central portion 12 to 0.002 inches by grinding, punching openings 13, 14, and then passing the strip through rollers to subject the marginal portions 24 to high pressure to effect elongation of the edge portions and to cause the strip to flex to facilitate subsequent operations.
