Abstract

640,664. Loose-leaf binders. SINCLAIR & SONS (STATIONERS), Ltd., W., and HOUSEMAN, C. Oct. 1, 1947, No. 26465. [Class 146 (i)] A loose-leaf binder 1 comprises a sheet binder member 7 of, or adapted to assume, a U-formation, each leg of which is adapted for engagement with a press-stud socket 3, of the usual button-like form for engagement with a bulbous stud, on the binder back 2. The ends 6 of the member 7 are formed with an annular groove 8 which is engaged by the usual spring wire in the socket 3. The member 7 may be rigid as shown or of flexible metal with separate press-studs 6. Two members 7 may be arranged transversely of the binder or a single member may be used longitudinally.
