[Class 141] A garment, e.g. suspender belt, has an elastic waistband band a less elastic or non- elastic portion c connected by an intermediate portion a composed of a network of threads which allows the waistband b to expand independently of the portion c. The network of threads comprises a central zig-zag strand joined to the portions band c by staggered vertical threads.
