626,808. Electric indicating systems. WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC INTERNATIONAL CO. July 28, 1947, No. 20280. Convention date, Aug. 18, 1942. [Class 40 (i)] The subject-matter is identical with that described in Specification 578,859. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 includes a more detailed description of the construction of a torque measuring unit, wherein-see Fig. 5 (Cancelled)-the torque rings 7 and 9 are magnetized by coils 33, 35, energized through a bridge circuit to obtain the desired magnetic balance condition when the shaft is idling. The teeth of the central reference ring. 17 extend axially in opposite directions and are of the same height as the fingers on the torque rings 7, 9. The stator is provided with twice as many poles as the rotor, This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
