622,250. Chair frames. SVEDBERG, J. E. Oct. 24, 1946, No. 31583. Convention date, Aug. 21, 1944. [Class 52 (ii)] In a chair which can be disassembled and packed flat the seat is supported by two slotted intersecting cross-bars 18, 20 each mounted on a pair of legs the point of intersection being nearer the rear of the seat so that the rear legs are closer together than the front legs. A thin plywood bracing ring or band 30 is applied beneath the cross-bars and secured by screws to hold the parts in place.
