[Class 80 (ii)] In a clutch mechanism for a press in which a clutch member 3 is rotated by a lever 3a contacting an abutment member 19 to disengage the clutch, the member 19 is non-rotatably mounted on a spindle 10, which is partially rotated manually to bring the member 19 into the engaging position, and is slidable axially of the spindle 10 against the action of a spring 16 compressed between the spindle and one end of the spring housing 13.
