614,771. Hand trucks; road vehicle forecarriages. HALL BROS. (NETHERTON), Ltd., and HALL, H. July 27, 1946, No. 22430. [Classes 108 (i) and'108 (ii)] A hand truck comprises a body, two rear wheels, front-loading legs, on which truck normally rests, and a bracket 1 carrying a rotatable pivot post 4 fitted with transverse pegs 9. A detachable castor comprises a wheel or wheels and a handle 13, both secured to an open-sided pillar 10 adapted to engage pegs 9 in its slot 15. When it is required to move the truck the pillar 10 is inclined to engage the pegs 9 and then by depressing handle 13 the pillar 10 is swung into the vertical position, thus raising the loading legs from the ground.
