[Class 144 (i)] The hub d of a perambulator or like wheel is secured on the axle-arm f by a pin h passed through opposed holes in the hub into engagement with an annular groove g in the axle. Clearances are left between the inner end of the hub and the squared shoulder on the axle e, and between the end of the axle and the closed end of the hub.
