Abstract

612,914. Roofing tiles. DECOBERT, E. June 6, 1946, No. 17188. Convention date, Aug. 31, 1915. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Dec. 7, 1946] [Class 87(i)] A hexagonal tile is formed at the side edges of the upper part of its outer face with parallel ribs 3, 3" and at the side edges of the lower part of its inner face with ribs 3. A perforated hanging nib 4 and an upstanding p e rforated rib 4" are formed at the top edge and a perforated depending rib 10 at the lower edge of the tile. Shallow ribs 3<111> having inwardly inclined surfaces are formed at the lower part of the outer face of the tile. The Specification, as open to inspection under Sect. 91, comprises also a hexagonal tile having an undercut rib along the three upper edges of its outer face and a corresponding rib along the three lower edges of its inner face. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
