611,779. Skeleton masts. MOORE & CO., Inc., L. C. May 8, 1946, No. 13891. Convention date, May 26, 1945. [Class 20(i)] An open-sided skeleton mast section comprises two prefabricated side panels 5 each formed of front and rear legs 1, 2 permanently connected by bracing members 3, 4, anc detachably connected tc each other by vertically spaced horizontal trusses 7 The trusses 7 each consist of three horizontal members 8 braced by diagonals 10, all permanently joined Welded to the ends anc corners of the trusses 7 are angle plates 11 which fit inside the flanges of the legs 1, 2 and are bolted tc them. Further joining members 15, 16 and gusset plates 14 are all boltec in position.
