Abstract

610,016. Selective signalling. LANDIS & GYR SOC. ANON. Nov. 10, 1944, No. 22214. Convention date, Nov. 16, 1943. Drawings to Specification. [Class 40 (i)] [Also in Group XXXVII] In a system of the type in which an A.C. impulse produces a characteristic effect in accordance with its position in a time cycle, the resonant circuit in which the receiving relay (see Group XXXVII) is connected is tuned by modifying the magnetic circuit of the relay. The relay is so constructed that a strong signal saturates a part of the magnetic circuit and so mistunes the receiving circuit and limits the maximum value of the signal.
