Abstract

607,313. Chocks. SCHAT, A. P. Dec. 18, 1945, No. 34323. [Class 115] A radial davit 4, adapted to be swung about the vertical axis of its lower portion, has a chock 14 mounted thereon to swing about the said axis into any position to engage the sides of the boat 5. The lashing 15 of the boat is secured at one end to an eye 16 on the chock and is engaged at the other end by a slip hook 17 secured to the davit.
