[Class 4] The dynamic stability of a rotating wing aircraft is improved at the expense of the static stability by disposing the flapping hinge 5 of each blade 3 on the opposite side of a plane through the rotor hub axis and parallel to the flapping axis from the blade 3. As shown, the flapping hinges 5 are formed in lugs 11 secured to the triangular rotor head 1, the usual drag pivot 4 being provided between the drag link 2 and the blade 3.
