Abstract
592,478. Agricultural implements. WATTON, H, F. May 23, 1945, No. 12903. [Class 6 (i)] A land-plough has blades fitted to the mouldboard to engage in and break-up the furrow slices, the blades a, a<SP>1</SP> being carried on a structure comprising a series of arms c, c<SP>1</SP>, each adapted to carry one or more blades and each coupled at one end to a common link structure d, d<SP>1</SP> which incorporates a further arm i by which the combined structure is secured to any convenient projection on one side of the mouldboard b. The structure is clamped in position by means of the blades a<SP>1</SP> which are so mounted on the arms c<SP>1</SP>, c<SP>2</SP> that their base ends overlap the mouldboard and are capable of being drawn into clamping engagement with the opposite side surface of the mouldboard.
