Abstract
589,991. Overhead conductor crossings. BRITISH INSULATED CABLES, Ltd., LONDON PASSENGER TRANSPORT BOARD, BROOM, T. C., and WILKINSON, T. April 6, 1945, No. 8605. [Class 104(iii)] A cross-over consists of two pairs of separately pivoted stub tongues 6-9, each pivot 16 having a crank and the cranks being so connected that when one tongue is moved the others move in unison. Two pivots have single cranks 20 and the other two have double cranks 17 with arms 18, 19, connecting links 25, 28 being provided. Cranks 17 also have arms 37 with stops 38 engaging stops 39 on the main body 1.
