[Class 83 (iv)] Tube flaring means comprises a conical-ended clamp 13, 14 closed by a pneumatic cylinder 18 to secure the tube 15 and a flaring tool 48 eccentrically mounted on a shaft 29 rotated by an electromotor 24 and moved axially by a pneumatic cylinder 41. The cylinders 18, 41 are controlled by a valve 22.
