587,170. Skirtings. HEMS, H. July 7, 1944, No. 12985. [Class 20 (iv)] A skirting member of sheet metal comprises a channel 10 and a perforated flange 14 along its upper edge adapted to engage a wall 11 behind plaster 21 supported by the shoulder 22 of the channel, the lower flange 12 being provided with slots for engagement with pins 17 previously driven into the floor. The ends of the channel may be filled in with wood.
