Abstract

513,877. Curtain rails. DAEPP, E. April 22, 1938; No. 12117. [Class 52 (v)] A curtain rail of the kind consisting of a slotted tubular member with runners 6 depending through the slot, is embedded in the plaster &c. of the ceiling &c. Ir Fig. 2 the rail has sloping sides 1 and in Fig. 7 a rail of triangular section has webs 14 to key the rail in the plaster &c. A rail of square or rectangular section has projecting webs or corrugated sides. The slot may be enlarged at one end to admit the runners, the enlargement being covered by a removable plate. The rail may be made of metal or plastic material.
