The block g loose on a spindle f is urged towards its operative position by a spring m engaging a pin n on an arm o of a hand lever h fixed to the spindle f. Movement of the block g is limited by a stop o' and of the spindle f by a foot f<1> engaging a stop r. The pivot block q of the lever p is adjustable in a slot in the base a of the apparatus.
