Abstract

578,292. Crusher jaws. ELEKTRISKA SVETSNINGSAKTIEBOLAGET. Nov. 14, 1944, No. 22465. Convention date, Nov. 13, 1943. [Class 59] Replaceable teeth of a hard wear-resisting material, in particular manganese steel, are fastened on to the jaw plate of a vibrating jaw stone crusher by means of weld seams located on either side of each of the teeth. As shown, the teeth 2 are welded on to the plate 1 and to each other by means of the lateral weld seams 5, the face 4 being either plane, curved or ridged. Ribs may be formed on the-top of the plate to guide the teeth, or the teeth may be in the form of bars of square cross-section fitting into grooves in the plate. In a further modification, the teeth are keyed in with the plate.
