[Class 104 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXII] A conveyer car running on a single rail 9, Fig. 2, or between two adjacent rails 9, 14, Fig. 3, has freely rotatable flanges 3, 3a on each side of the wheel 2 or twin wheels 2, 12 and of larger diameter than the wheels so as to engage an upper guide or retaining rail 10, the inside edges of the flanges or the outside edges of the upper rail being bevelled, to reduce or prevent tilting of the wheels. A locking plate 4 is provided outside each flange, and ball-bearings 8 may be inserted between the wheels, flanges, and locking plates.
