Abstract
N1-dimethylacroyl-p-aminobenzene sulphonamide is converted into salts by treatment with bases which have therapeutic properties and which are suitable for injection purposes. Bases specified include soda lye, calcium hydroxide and organic bases such as diethylamine and amino-ethanol. In examples, salts are prepared using as bases alcoholic sodium methylate, calcium hydroxide and diethylamine. Specifications 541,958 and 547966 are referred to.
