[Class 21] A flexible container 1 for liquids of the kind consisting of a non-rigid structure in which the liquid-containing envelope consists of flexible non-metallic material, is provided with means for filling or emptying, consisting of a pipe, conduit, &c. 3, 4 secured by welding, brazing, &c. to a cylindrical extension 5 apertured at 11 and flanged at 7 for securing to a base-plate 17 by means of bolts 12. A gauze &c. filter may be inserted in member 5 to cover the apertures 11.
