565,984. Compound sheet materials. BRITISH INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS, Ltd., MICANITE & INSULATORS CO., Ltd., BROOKES, A., and HAEFELY, G. E. Jan. 18, 1943, No. 931. [Classes 96 and 140] Laminated electrical insulating material with a non-tracking surface comprises layers of sheet material such as paper, cloth, asbestos or glass fabric impregnated and bonded together with phenol-, cresol- or aniline-formaldehyde resin, and consolidated with one or more surface layers of sheet material impregnated throughout with a thermo-hardening, aminotriazine-aldehyde resin. Cylindrical shapes or flat boards may be made with the aminotriazine-aldehyde surfacing layer on one or both faces. The sheets of film glue described in Specifications 480,339 and 480,340, [both in Group IV], may be used as surfacing layers. Specifications 299,906, [Class 140], 455,008, 468,677, [both in Group IV], 550,149 and 563,619, as open to inspection under Sect. 91, also are referred to.
