[Class 66] [Also in Group XXXVI] A tubular metal container 2 for condensers 1 is closed at one or both ends by means of a disc 4 of glass or ceramic material over the periphery of which the end of the metal tube 6 is spun with the intervention of a gasket 5. A shoulder 3 may be formed in the tube to hold the disc and the spun-over end of the tube may be soldered to a metallized surface on the disc 4. Specification 541,096, [Group XXXVI], is referred to.
