An index card, which is adapted for duplication of the matter written thereon, consists of a sheet of stiff card having one or more large openings therein, so as to form a frame, over which a thin sheet of paper is secured. Entries made on the thin paper are duplicated on to a listing-sheet below by means of a carbon sheet or a carbon backing on the index-card.
