548,845. Hose clips. ODDY, W. E. July 19 1941, No. 9150. [Class 44] A hose clip comprises a length of wire bent to U-form, its two limbs A encircling the pipe, not shown. The free ends are bent to hook form and engaged in holes B and lateral recesses M in a stirrup nut D. The end of the screw C is reduced to receive a tubular member E having a terminal slot G in which the bight of the wire is placed.
