Abstract

547,508. Building construction. PERRY, S. D. March 24, 1941, No. 3956. [Class 20 (i)] A building comprises an internal upright 1 supporting a roof frame 4, 5 from which depends tension members 3 to the lower ends of which the floor is attached and which is supported wholly from the roof. The tension members 3 may form the supports for the side closure. A crane 7 may be mounted upon the upright 1 to facilitate the raising of the material from which the structure is built. The upright may comprise four spaced members placed at the corners of a square, set in the ground at the base and joined together at the top.
