Abstract

545,543. Indicating. PILLINGER & CO., Ltd., G. C., and PILLINGER, G. C. March 18, 1941, No. 3697. [Class 106 (iv)] An instrument such as a pressure gauge 1 has mounted upon the pointer spindle 3 one or more radially disposed contacts 10 adapted to engage a bath of mercury 14 mounted below the spindle to make or break an electric circuit at certain readings of the pointer. The pointer spindle carries a disc 7 provided with circular slots along which the contacts 10 are adjustable and secured by screws.
