[Class 49] [Also in Group XVII] Apparatus for filling skinless sausages of a sausage meat preparation or other plastic food preparation into cans consists of a casing 7 connected by an inlet branch 9 to a press for the preparation and carries a block 11 with parallel tubular vertical passages and a cutter disc 13. The disc 13 is turned by a handle 17 on a spindle 16 loose on the block and fast on the disc. The spaces between the sausages in the cans are filled with molten lard or any other suitable liquid food preservative or seasoning.
