Abstract

536,802. Constructional toys. ORLIK, E. June 9, 1939, No. 16986. [Class 132 (iii)] A constructional toy consists of bodies formed by folding paper or pasteboard along parallel creases and gumming the fifth strip to the first. Thus a hollow bar, shown in Fig. 4, is formed and it may be strengthened by having a paper strip 20 secured to the end. The bar may be collapsed into flat form or be collapsed in to have different sections such as L-form or T-form or may have a cruciform cross-section by pressing in the parts indicated in, Fig. 7. Some units 22 may pass through apertures cut in other units 23, the lugs 21 being turned back and stuck by their adhesive to the adjoining elements.
