[Class 99 (i)] A device for coupling a hose to a tap comprises a stirrup having sheet metal side members a, a foot c, a socket c<SP>1</SP> secured to the hose, and a bridge-piece o carrying a clamping screw p. The socket carries a gasket g and engages a nipple h which is secured in the hose by a clamping ring j of the deformable claw type.
