[Class 20 (iii)] A frame member, for a window 6 comprises outer and inner members 1, 3, which are secured together by screws 5 passing through the member 3 and into a rod. 2 of wood or like material which is partly embraced by the member 1. Further, the member 3 has an upstanding flange which abuts against the member 1 and which has apertures 8 adapted to permit air to flow from the outside to the inside of the window. The window frame shown is supported on spaced blocks 7 the spaces between which provide a passage for the air stream which emerges through apertures 18 formed in the inner member 3.
