Further, the member 3 has an upstanding flange which abuts against the member 1 and which has apertures 8 adapted to permit air to flow from the outside to the inside of the window. The window frame shown is supported on spaced blocks 7 the spaces between which provide a passage for the air stream which emerges through apertures 18 formed in the inner member 3.
