Drawings to Specification. [Class 70] [Also in Group XXIX] A sheet formed of vulcanized ground rubber mixed with a binder substantially insoluble in liquid fuel, such as rubber solution, gutta percha, balata, or glue, is used to cover liquid fuel tanks. Compression is avoided as far as possible in forming the sheet, which may be given a cellular structure by known methods, and may be coated by dipping into vulcanized or crude latex.
