520,246. Electric heating. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP MAATSCHAPPIJ TOT BEHEER EN EXPLOITATIE VAN OCTROOIEN. Oct. 15, 1938, No. 29921. Convention date, Oct. 16, 1937. Drawings to Specification, [Class 39 (iii)] [Also in Groups XXIII and XXXVI] An electric heating element may consist of a core of alkali - free glass fibres on which a resistance wire is wound and covered by an outer serving of fibrous glass yarn. Such a resistance may be embedded in glass yarn and the mass covered with suitable fabric, preferably woven from glass fibres, for use as a heating-pad.
