518,096. Resilient mountings. KOPPERS' INDUSTRIEELE MAATSCHAPPIJ N. V., H. Aug. 15, 1938, No. 24027. Convention date, Aug. 14, 1937. [Class 108 (iii)] A resilient joint comprises inner and outer co-axial metal sleeves 1, 3 of differing diameters, a freely movable intermediate sleeve 4 mounted concentrically between the sleeves 1, 3 and a rubber bush mounted under compression between the intermediate sleeve and each of the sleeves 1, 3, the inner bush 5 being longer than the outer bush 6 such that both bushes have approximately equal volumes and thus provide an equal resistance to torsion. Cooling agents such as cold air may be applied to the ends 7 of the sleeve 4 to assist heat dissipation,
