[Class 64 (ii)] A sheet metal radiator is built up of one corrugated plate 1 of known type with transverse depressions 2 between the corrugations to connect the vertical water spaces, and a second corrugated plate 5 without transverse depressions. The corrugations in the plates may be laterally offset in relation to each other. Transverse stay bands 7 are welded across the corrugations of the plate 1.
