Abstract

516,635. Vapour burners. HOLM, C. B. July 2, 1938, No. 19639. Convention date, July 3, 1937. [Class 75 (i)] The nozzle 1 of a vapour burner is provided with two or more openings 5, 6 which are opened or closed in succession by needles 8, 9 of different lengths carried by a stem 4 having external operating means. The needles 8, 9 may be of cylindrical form and fit slidingly openings of the same or different diameters. The stem 4 may be formed with a conical surface 3 to engage a valve seating 2 on the nozzle.
