Abstract
515,984. Displaying. PATONS & BALDWINS, Ltd., and WANNELL, H. G. July 7, 1938, No. 20167 [Class 146 (i)] Apparatus for storing and/or displaying pamphlets, leaflets, &c. comprises a plurality of panels 23 mounted independently of one another on spaced parallel vertical axes 24 at one vertical edge. On each face of each panel is a plurality of vertically spaced pockets 25 which extend from edge to edge of the panel. The pockets may be narrower from front to back at the bottom than at the top, and may be wider at the sides than at the middle, and their front upper edges may be cut away to facilitate extraction of the pamphlets. E a c h panel pivot consists of a rod secured along one ,edge of the panel, and may engage one of a row of holes in upper and lower flat or bent metal strips 14, which may extend along both sides of a stand 12. Spring buffers may be provided, and these may consist of bowed metal strips spotwelded &c. on each side of each panel at the bottom.
