Abstract

514,844. Containers for creams &c. PRAAGH, J. V. May 17, 1938, Nos. 14667, 15402 and 16296. [Class 102 (ii)] [Also in Group XVII] A container for substances in the form of liquids, paste, cream, powder or solid, e.g., lotions, cosmetics, ointments and culinary substances comprises an internally screw-threaded one-piece container 1 with a lid over its open end and a relatively shallow one-piece cup 2 with a cylindrical wall threaded into the container and forming the surrounding, wall of a smooth rounded interior of the cup. The cup 2 has one or more apertures 3 whereby when the cup is displaced downwards part of the substance enters the cup. If the contents are of high consistency a scraping tongue or nib may be provided on the underside of the cup.
