[Class 70] A material for plastering walls, ceilings &c is made by mixing with water, fibres of spun glass of a length of 1-5 cms., and a binding agent of strong swelling power such as size or glue of a starch or cellulose basis. Shorter fibres of glass, wood pulp, and pigments may be added. A composition containing at least 60 per cent. of spun glass may be used and the outer surface may be beaten with a wire grid. It may be profiled and painted or varnished.
