512,226. Bearings. ELEKTRISCHE GLUHLAMPENFABRIKEN J. KREMENEZKY AKT.-GES. Jan. 11, 1939, No. 969. Convention date, Jan. 12, 1938. [Class 12 (i)] [Also in Group XXII] A bearing for use in electrical regulating or control devices, in which an inner shaft 4 is rotatably mounted within a hollow shaft 1, is constituted by a plurality of inwardly extending annular projections 2, 3, pressed in the outer shaft 1. Alternatively each annular projection may be replaced by a number of separate indentations situated in a plane at right angles to the shaft axis. During manufacture the indentations are formed deeper than corresponds to the diameter of the inner shaft and are then bored or ground.
