510,614. Tables; on - and off castors. SCHRANZ, R. Feb. 7, 1938, No. 3796. [Classes 52 (i) and 52 (iii)] A table for surgical instruments consists of a table top 16 supported by a vertically adjustable pillar 14 carried by a horizontal arm 12 attached to a heavy hollow base 3 which houses a plate 1 carrying castors 2 and a post 6. A roller 11 at the top of the post is engaged by an offset 8 so that the base can be raised to bring the castors into use. The plate 1 has slots engaging webs 5 in the base 3 to prevent their relative rotation.
