509,122. Ventilating glasshouses and other buildings. DRIFFIELD, J. Dec. 3, 1938, No. 35266. [Class 137] Air is admitted to glass houses and other buildings near the ground level through valve controlled inlets B which lead into a cavity C formed between the wall A and an inclined shield or partition D, the air being directed upwards, and diffused into the enclosure. Foul air is exhausted through an extractor flue G in the roof. Hot pipes E may be fitted in the cavity C to warm the incoming air, and to enhance the up-draught. Large rooms may have two or more levels of inlets. F are the main heating pipes of the building.
