[Class 144 (i)] A hub-cap for wheels of perambulators and toy vehicles comprises an inner pressing 3, of steel or other relatively cheap metal, and an outer pressing 4 formed of more weatherproof and ornamental nature such as electrolytic zinc, the parts being connected by flanging 3a, 4a, as shown.
